Recruitment Process:

 

• Job Analysis – Obtain and understand Job Description (Title, position, locations, duties, compensations) & Job Specifications (Skills, Education, Work Experience, Trainings, Personal & Emotional Characteristics).

• Sourcing – Post Job in Job Portals, Social media sites, internal network etc. Source candidates profiles with matching skills in database and job sites.

• Screening – Candidate profiles sourced are screened by matching the skills set.

• Shortlisting of candidates – Candidates are shortlisted based on suitability considering, skillset match, compensations expectation, notice period vs fulfillment date etc.

• Technical Evaluation – First round of competency interview is conducted by industry professionals within our organization to evaluate the technical suitability.

• Client Interview scheduling – Candidates shortlisted in the competency interview are sent for the client round interview.

• Placement Formalities – Upon candidate selection, placement formalities such check & follow up on joining status, offer status, joining formalities etc is taken care of.
